Thuraya Places Hopes on Integrated GPS/Voice/Data/GmPRS Sat Modem

United Arab Emirates-based Thuraya Satellite Telecommunications Co. and several of its technology partners are working on specialized communication applications based on Thuraya's multi-mode satellite modem, the company said earlier this week.
